Shipping & Returns

U.S. orders over $150 are FREE.

Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

International shipping cost do not include duties charges. Customers are 100% responsible for any additional Customs fees on all purchases.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

We want to inform you about our return policy, which includes a restocking fee. Please review the following terms:

1. Timeframe: You have up to 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for your activewear items.

2. Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the activewear must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and must not have been worn or used. Any worn or used items will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Proof of Purchase: Please provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, when returning the items.

4. Return Shipping Costs: We kindly ask that you bear the shipping costs for returning the items. The return shipping expenses will be your responsibility.

5. Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee will be applied to all returns. The restocking fee is equal to half the price of your total order.

6. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. If the payment was made through a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

7. Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn items or items that have been customized or altered.

8. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions. The refund once the items received can take up to two weeks.

We strive to process refunds promptly once the returned items are received and inspected.
